Rodger Miles (a.k.a Romilez) is a producer, singer and songwriter. He started his musical carrier at the age of 16 and since the beginning of his carrier, he’s been working with and recorded many different artists and worked as a solo artist and a part of a group.

He founded PlayOn Records in 2006 and his ambition was and still is unmistakable: to bring something new to the R&B/Electronic/House/Hip-hop scene and take his artists on to the international market. He strives to take his artists on to the highest level.

He is the creative director of the labels music videos and ongoing photo shoots. He is also developing new ideas, brands and concepts and apart from producing and mixing songs for various artists; Rodger Miles is the talent director and discovers and developed new talent for PlayOn Records artists’ roster.
